It's called, Tegu & Monitor Food by Zoo Med, and it's basically chicken/soybean base. I personally supplement it by sprinkeling some MinerAll to add calcium and vitamins.

I also offer him live dusted crickets about 2 to 3 times weekly and some scrambled egg about once a week as a treat.
He also usually takes a day off every week and decides to stay burried in the substrate, so i do not offer any food that day.
I will definitely try to mix the veggies in from now on. (Thanks for the tip!!)

The truth is, I getting tired of keeping crickets and thats why i would like to switch to superworms, they're much easier and cleaner.
