Personally I keep my pacman in a 10g, with a uth. He has about 4-5 inches of bedabeast and then some some new zealand moss on top to help keep moisture. Other then that he does great! He has lived this way for the last 4 years with no problems! I do recommend the tongs though! Because one you can get your frog to eat out of tongs, it makes things soo much easier! Enjoy your frog!
