Hey, you can always order Bed-A-Beast (also called by other names such as Eco Earth) online. They're about 4-5 bucks a piece, and will substantially fill up a 10 gallon tank. I redo mine every few weeksIt's coconut fiber, not dirt, and it expands within a few hours in a tub of water. They are excellent, clean and very soft and humidifying. If you don't want to just order it online, find a few more things you might want for your new froggy. Today actually I ordered a neat tropical background for mine, and a drip vine.

Also, I was given my pacman from a guy who lost interest and also could not get him to eat. He is a large adult, and did not eat for 9 months in my care. It turns out he was simply a bit impacted, just let your new guy settle in and let his meal pass before feeding him again. Pacmans are among the hardiest of amphibians, just make sure you keep his tank moist and for him something soft to burrow in, and maybe a shallow dish of water. It also helps to have a light, for certain photo periods. If you have a screen lid, you can tape wax paper to it and leave a section cut out, so that ideal humidity is kept and still a bit of ventilation. Hope I helped you out some, if you need anything else just say so!
