Actually your in the wrong forum. You have a mountain horned dragon Acanthosaura. This forum is for Phrynosoma. But I think you have an A. capra based on the broadness of the spines and the light coloration under the eye patch. Could be cross with A. lepidogaster too with the short occipitals. Try the Mountain Dragons forum though.
Can't tell the sex without an underside shot, and it's also a juvenile, but hemipenes should be somewhat noticeable if male.
