Following the study of Bryan Fry on venoms with most Colubridae, Agamidae and varanidae.

Some Boidae may in fact possess a primitive venom production system as well. For example, pythons from the Genus Aspidites ssp. In fact Australian snakebite kits test positive for tigersnake (Notechis ssp.) envenomation on bites actually inflicted by Aspidites ssp.
Is there a study made concerning this fact?
