Red lump on Musk Turtle

Hi there



Hope someone can help me. We have had 2 musk turtles for just over 1 week and i have just noticed that one of them has a red lump on its neck, it seems quite big. It is still eating and appears energetic but im just worried it may be serious? We did lots of reasearch before committing to the musks and the tank has everything they need dont know what to do really.



has anyone else had this problem or does anyone know what i shoud do?
