to get the dirt out of her nose i got a toothbrush and had her soaking in water and she actually seemed to enjoy the "scratching" of the toothbrush on the top of her head and slowly but surely the dirt came out. eventually she just blew out of her nose and it all came clean! i'll try to take better pics...shes a hoot! i love how she follows me from 1 side of the room to the other.
