If you are looking for a lone adult female, that might be a hard find. I assume that a lot of people do what I do, and keep extra females. I believe I saw a pair of adult San Felipes on the Classifieds though if you don't mind an extra male. If you don't mind waiting to raise one from a baby, I would just watch the classifieds for them. The majority of breeders will start having babies around August but you'll see them posted other times of the year as well depending on who has what left from the previous season. I usually have babies anywhere from the beginning of August to late September, ocassionally into the first part of October.
I was fortunate last year to have 2 females drop the second week of September when I had the week off so I got to watch the birthing process. That is always exciting.
