Very interesting frog. It is strongly reminiscent of some species of Theloderma and my guess would be that it is in that genus. My second guess would be a Polypedates sp., but the absence of a ridge from the eye over the tympanum and the general shape seems to point toward a species of smooth-backed Theloderma. I've checked several papers and books so far with no luck. I'll be sure to post if I get anything more conclusive.
