Howdy Amphibian forum!

I got some tadpoles from my brother's canoe today ... they would have been dumped out had I not.

I have 6 tadpoles and 2 eggs set up, currently in the water I took from the canoe.

I should use spring water when I change the water correct?

Also, I have read about tadpole food, and was wondering if fish food was very similar or if I need to get something else.

My plan is to release after I watch them develop, but I'm not sure about that since they'll be used to people if they make it.
