Hello Kurakura:
I've seen one of these before many years ago and it came in as Acanthosaura. The only problem is the lack of horns above the eyes. It is either an unusual Acanthosaura or possibly a young Gonocephalus abbotti but I think it's more likely an Acanthosaura. The head shape is a little off for Gonocephalus though the two genera are closely related.
he animal in the picture looks to be a female.
Hope this at least helps a little. I'm sure Ingo or Jobi will have some insight on this animal as well.
