Any epoxy pool coating will seal concrete or you can use jell coat. The best stuff is Zenon Pool coating it is a two part epoxy that is non toxic to aquatic life once it is fully cured. ( about 2 days) It costs about 75 dollars a gallon and comes in several colors, the most common being blue. I used black for my Koi pond. Hope this helps. Jack
