You are alot better off keeping the animal in a smaller enclosure until they are closer to adult size. This eliminates alot of problems you will encounter. Give your sizes in SVL (snout to vent length) as this is alot more accurate to the true size of the lizard. Adult frilled dragons have tails that are twice as long as their body. So guessing that you dont have a foot long SVL animal, im going to say your little frilled is better off in a 20 gallon than a full sized enclosure designed to fit a large dragon. Providing the animal with a smaller area gives it better access to food, water and heat. This will also eliminate the problem of providing enough UV to your lizard since it will be alot closer to the UV bulb. Not to mention cleaning, seeing your animal and all the other small headaches you can avoid.
