Getting racers to feed isn't especially hard, they're just very shy feeders. I had one that would only eat if the food was in his hide box and I was out of the room. I kept that snake for over a year and never once saw him eat. The food would disapear, and he'd be fatter, but he would never do it if I was watching him, or even in the room. Most of the adults I've kept have been the same. BTW, if he's eating pinkies, I wouldn't change the routine any. Kevin
