Thanks Cable. Without sounding like I'm patronizing, thank you and Reptoman and all the others who have contributed. I know that I have benefited and so has the entire HL population.



Sorry you had to wait so long but we were on vacation. Everyone who raises HLs needs a little time off once in awhile. While away, we boarded our HLs at Rancho San Diego Animal Hospital and I'd like to publicly thank Dr. Brown, Teresa and all the staff for the excelent care you gave our muppets. And thank you Dan at Life Studies.



I want you to know that I AM NOT AN EXPERT!! You may find some of my HL husbandry unorthedox. This is my first time; been at it about two years and haven't lost any but I'm still learning. I WAS RETIRED! Yes, I've been successful but I've also made mistakes. One of the first books I bought was Amphibians and Reptiles for Dummies and I occasionally remind myself that I bought the right book.
