About the only way to keep them in a way that will allow observation is to set them up like an ant colony-two vertical glass wals about an inch or so apart, filled with sandy soil for burrowing. Keep the glass covered by dark paper, which can be removed for observation. Feed them the larvae and pupa of ants, and termite eggs and workers. Probably where you are termites will be easiest to obtain. Actually these are very interesting animals to maintain.
