I am not a toad/frog expert, but I know a bit about other types of animals. These symptoms seem a lot like a couple of different problems:

1.twisted intestines. They twist or invert upon themselves, trapping gasses and food. Surgery is necessary to cure this, although even if you did get surgery done on your frog (doubtful) the intestines may be so damaged that they cannot be saved.

2.blockage. What kind of bedding do you have in his tank? If you have small rocks in there or small bark pieces, it is likely that he has swallowed some of it while eating and it is now lodged in his intestines or stomach and will not move. I have no clue what to do with a frog that has this problem. For larger animals, surgery or laxatives are used.

3.My last guess is the most happy, although the least likely. Maybe your frog is egg-laden and due to not having a male, unable to release them. I seriously doubt this though, in fact, i'm not sure it is even possible.

I know this doesn't sound hopeful, and I'm sorry, but I thought you deserved a response instead of hopelesly wondering.
