They are not the same. Fluorescent lights like for an aquarium
do not give off UVB. Buy a Reptisun 5.0. They will be
very expensive in the petshops so I would recommend ordering
them on line. Don't forget you also
need a bssking area. You can use a regular light bulb of the
appropriate wattage to get the basking area to 85-90 degrees.
You can use a fixture for the Reptisun bulb from any home
improvement store. Make sure you replace it every 6 months.
UVB is essential to turtles!

I would highly recommend that you get on the internet and
reseach care and diet. It is crucial.
