I have found that Lizzy loves eggs... scrambled (without milk, just eggs broken, heated, and scraped around the pan... and then cooled). I can get Lizzy to take some vegetation by mixing it in with the eggs while I'm cooking them. I've tried lettuce, tomatoes, celery, and carrots with the eggs and he will eat it all. I know I should give more nutritious vetetation, but we don't have it in the house. I'm planning on getting some just for Lizzy though.

Question: can I add small amounts of seeds/nuts to Lizzy's food for added protein?
