Does anybody have any ideas for things I can feed my plated lizard?

I have two 12yr old sudan plated. Mealworms and crickets are always available for them. Also they like on occasion, banana. I have tried other fruits, but they want nothing to do with it.
Try this website:

Someone said they will take canned cat food, has anybody experienced this?

Never tried cat food, but have tried Alpo Prime Cuts Beef. Which they both love, but I only treat them twice a year to it. I don't believe it o be natural to feed a reptile a commercial food.

Lizzy Butt won't touch soaked dog food. Does anybody else's plated take it?

See Alpo above.

Lizzy used to LOVE mice, but won't touch them anymore. Is this normal behavior?

My plated were the same way. When they were young it was a good thing to them, but about a year into it, they did not want the pinkies.

Has anybody tried those instant meals that you just mix with water? If so, what variety?

Didn't know there was a such thing on the market. I would be afraid to try it.

What plant foods are your plated's favorites?

none

I also dust crickets and mealworms with vitamins.
