I'd move the eggs to a seperate container. They will hatch sometimes in a couple of days or so and if you leave them with the parents, they could eat them. You can move them gently by placing a plastic pail in the water and the eggs should move into it with a little current. You just have to practice that method a little. Toadpoles feed on some slightly cooked greens such as collard, turnip, mustard greens or they do take to some of the algae wafers sold at pet shops. As far as cleaning the pond, just use the hottest water possible (minus the toads of course) and try getting a nice scrub brush for the algae or whatever else is dirty. No soap ever. You can use a very mild bleach solution which would be about one part bleach to ten parts water, but if you do that rinse, rinse, and RINSE again before introducing the toads.
