only brown Anoles in Miami ?

Hello
Just moved to Miami have noticed only brown anoles have not seen a single green anole in 2/3 weeks of being here.
Few green bushes in backyard but loaded with brown anoles only.
Are the green anoles only found in certain areas and I was under impression the greens were hardier than the browns ?
