I have recently discovered silver mites living in the substrate in my RETF frog tank. I keep the tank at 70%-75% humidity, and the temp around 75. I also have 3 pothos plants planted in the substrate. Are these mites dangerous? How do i get rid of them? I also just recently had a problem with maggots in my cricket tank. Are these mites a result of the maggots? My frog seems quite healthy and is still quite active at night and is eating well. Any advice would be awsome.
