I just got my new australian water dragon from the reptile show saturday. He seems to be having a lot of problems adjusting to the new cage. Its huge for him he's still very young and its a 3'long x 2'wide x 2'high with a nice size pool and plenty of logs screwed into the walls to climb on and bask. He is acting really strange though and I'm a little worried. He hasn't eaten anything. I've tried bannana babyfood, collard greens, dusted crickets, and small mealworms and he just sits there and basks all day or hides. He doesn't go into the water at all even and I've made sure its easily accessable so i've misted him a few times but I don't feel really that its enough. Is he still just trying to get used to the cage or is there something else going on here? I know all the temps are good. I'd like to raise the humidity up some but the woman from LLL said not to worry too much about humidity if he's got a good size pool. I've also added a log from the pool onto the flooring since the picture. I know i need to get different substrate. Right now its just stone tile.
