Hi!

Of my five anoles, when I got them, two were already pregnant. However, they laid eggs, and it didn't seem like the eggs were any good until about three months later little babies started popping up.

We have a total of six babies now, and of the six, three of them are not green - they definitely have a bluish tinge to them and are a lovely color of turquoise.

Now, I think this color is beautiful, but is it healthy? Is it a sign they're missing something in their diet? (They eat fruitflies and pinhead crickets, with some calcium dust every couple of days.) I mean, they look healthy, but are they healthy?

I'd appreciate any input you have on these babies, and I'm doing my best to get a good picture of them! (Generally, the pictures turn out to be completely out of focus or the camera freaks them out and they turn brown before I can get a shot...I'm working on it!!)

Thanks for any input!

I'm going back to my ELEVEN green anoles!!
