Thank you, Ingo!! Has anyone ever told you you're good? And the picture isn't all that bad. It shows the markings well enough. Forgive my ignorance, but explain philidosis? It has something to do with the scales underneath? I haven't found but two sites explaining this - which one was not for public viewing and the other was a PDF that did go into much.

There is a very definitive white line that goes down either side of the G. nigrolineatus. I can't seem to find a common name for this lizard. Is it because there isn't one?
