They are wonderful eaters, and seemed healthy to me, except that they started getting gold on the parts of their body that are usually dark brown or black. (the stripes). I thought maybe it had something to do with not getting enough sunlight, or something like that. I just reciently discvered that it is actually a fungus and it is fatal.
