Attention All Reptile Keepers,

The Fish & Wildlife Service of the U.S. Department of the Interior is considering making it a viloation of the Lacey Act to import into the US or transport across state lines ANY boa or python. This is serious, probably the biggest threat to the hobby since the FDA wanted to stop the trade in turtles less than 4" long. This is far more serious. Go to the Laws & CITIES forum on kingsnake.com for more information. You can write to me at EPOA@cox.net to get a copy of the Federal Register and the website link to the USF&W to voice your concerns. Also call and write to your US Senators and Congressmen. They can help. Make sure that you let them know that you pocketbook is in danger of extinction. Do this NOW! April 30 will be too late.
