Posted by: toddbecker at Mon Feb 11 12:50:01 2008 [ Report Abuse ] [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by toddbecker ] I was wondering if there is any sexual dimorphism in the mangrove species. I currently have one 5'ish mangrove that when purchased was informed was a male. Overthe last month or so I have been looking it over and "studying" it and I am inclined to think it is a female. I haven't probed it but a partner tried to manipulate "pop" it and he thought it was female. Also it has what appears to be a very long slender tail. Anyone have any information that could help me out. And if I probe what should the scale count be for each sex. I am going to a show in two weeks and would like to pic up a mate. Thanks in advance for any assistance, Todd [ Reply To This Message ] [ Subscribe to this Thread ] [ Show Entire Thread ] |
