your room temps are acceptable for summer, and i'm assuming it is winter where you are now? they can be kept in the low to mid 70's in the daytime and low to mid 60's at night. i would not add any heating to the cage at all. here is a link to a chart showing the average temps in new caledonia which i use as a guide for my cage temps. obviously, it may get warmer or colder, but temps above the low 80's for an extended period of time are stressful to cresteds.
