How long has it been since he ate?

Did he stop eating after you added the waterfall?

How long have you had him?

You mentioned all sorts of CGD and babyfoods, what was his normal diet before he stopped? (Obviously, if he were a healthy adult you should be feeding 100% CGD and using crickets only as treats.)

Any change in activity level or unusual behaviors?

First pass, if it has only been a short time, could be weather/ season related. Also could be the stress of adding the waterfall, I have looked into those myself, but the reviews claim they can be noisy and add vibrations... that could stress the gecko. We must always also consider impaction if some of the substrate was ingested at some point.

My first advice would be to take a look underneath him and look for anything unusual, sometimes if they are a light color you can see the backup. Secondly, I would consider raising your temps a bit higher in the daytime to help with overall health and digestion. Try to aim for at least 74F, more like 78F might help for a while. That is what I can offer without more information.
