there could be a million different reasons because it doesn't really sound like you are doing anything right. a tank that size will hold ONE whites treefrog, i have two WTF in a 36 gallon tank and would never put more than one more in there. i'm guessing not all of your frogs are cb, and i'm guessing you didn't quarentine them, which means if one frog had any pathogens they all now have them.

wtf are eating machines, don't mix them with anything. you can't always go on one opinion, is this person reputalbe? how do you know? don't you do research before you buy living things? obviously not b/c if you did then you would realize DONT MIX.

sorry if im being harsh but there is no excuse for mixing species. there would have been 50 years ago, but if you picked up a book or did 10 minutes of research you would find out not to mix them.
