If her eyes are clear with no lesions, which is the first thing I would look for, she may be just missing a few while you are watching. How is her health otherwise? Is she getting skinny? If she less active and thinning down, then I'd worry more about it. If not, I would just see how she does over time.

Make a check on your feeding program. Sometimes we actually tend to overfeed our dart frogs, and the leucomelas in particular, can become obese, and sometimes even lethargic.

If you are dusting the food, either fruit flies or pinhead crickets with a combination of Herptivite and Rep-Cal/D3 about every other feeding, this is a good supplement that usually works to allay any vitamin deficiencies without over-supplementing with the vitamins that can become toxic in excess amounts. If you are not dusting the food at all, then there is a concern. So give us some more information about what you are feeding, and the general state of the frog in question.
