It was a "System glitch"
I have an out door set up

I had to go to work a bit early and all had been well, The temp was about 60 earlier and all of them were out grazing. The shed stays temped at about 75 degrees. It dropped to 40 and the wind chill made it 20 degrees. The set up was designed so that the heat would stay in even when the hatch doors were left open.

All the others go in but he was flipped by another after I had gone to work.

I am not justifying it at all but rather I am saying that I have never had this problem before and it has gotten much colder that it was that night.
