I purchased a new baby albino pacman on sunday and he hasnt eaten since. He's just a little baby a little bigger than a quarter and has his stumpy little tadpole tail still. I gut load the crickets and they are about the smallest ones I could find. I put about 12 in his tank and he hasnt eaten any yet, I even try tong feeding and he doesnt even bite for it. The first day he hopped around and just missed the crickets, but now he seems uninterested.

Also this morning I found a white mucusy substance in his water dish, is this normal? (I have since cleaned it out)

Husbandry:
-A plastic terrarium with the 3 back sides covered with paper for a sense of safety (not sure of the gallons its about 12'' by 6'' though i think) Im getting a ten gallon soon.
-mini uth on the side of the tank
-bed-a-beast coco fiber all over the tank (bout and inch deep)
-glass ash tray with water in it over on the hot side.
-all water is dechlorinated and his substrate is misted twice a day.
-I also have a clamp lamp about a foot above his tank by the hot side just to keep the ambient air temps up (its sorta cold in the room)
