My daughter has a White's tree frog (Vertigo) with a cloudy eye that does not seem to go away. Sometimes it disappears for months at a time and then comes back to the same eye (it's only on one eye). His cage buddy (Kinkachu) does not seem to have the same affliction. Plus I believe that it could be affecting his appetite/ability to see crickets and mealworms.

I have seen a vet in our area and he prescribe a medicine that did not seem to work. I would rather not spend the money to get the same answer. Some Herp experts at Davidson College near us suggested this forum to seek an answer, since they didn't know much about frogs.

Anyone have any thoughts on the subject?

Thanks.
