Could be just a broken leg, but what it could be is much more serious: Metabolic bone disease. MBD is a progressive lack of calcium in the diet of many lizards in which the body begins to steal it from the bones. If caught early, there is a good recovery rate, but too long and it is sad and painful for the little one. Just to be sure, a vet xray will give a definitive answer and treatment.
