Rubbed snouts are fairly common in wild caught frogs. They will generally heal on their own without intervention or you can wash the wound with antibiotics from a tropical fish store. You do need to keep the enclosure clean, keep the frog well fed and give it clean water to soak in when needed. Use a glass cover instead of a wire screen top cover to prevent the frog from reinjuring the snout. Most likely the frogs rubbed their snouts raw, when kept in small wire mesh enclosures, by leaping and hitting their snouts against the wire mesh.
