I'm assuming your asking about the difference between dumerili and madagascariensis.

Madagascar Ground Boas (MGB's) get bigger and have smaller clutches. Dumerils are smaller and easier to breed. I have both species but they are both young. As young boas, they aren't all that different looking or behaving. The MGB's have larger scales on their heads which is the easiest quickest way to the difference.

If you have the space, time and feeders, get the MGB's and be a little different from the rest of the boa crowd.
