I was in the Outer Banks, NC last weekend and happened to spot this guy making his way out onto the main drag. I pulled over and sent him on his way back towards the pond he looked like he'd come from. He might turn around and head right back again, but I thought I'd at leats give him a second chance. He was surely doomed sitting in the turn lane like he was. His hind legs were so strong, he'd wrapped them around the hand I was supporting his belly with and my fingers were actually sore afterwards LOL
I'm not a regular here in the turtle forums, but I do see some nice ones from time to time so I thought I'd post this.
