You are probably referring to Hyla leucophyllata.

It is a colorful species. There are some people breeding this species, but of course it is difficult, if not impossible, to determine the sex of froglets. Importers are often not the most knowledgeable about sexing frogs either. If you can visit the facility, you can probably pick out a pair yourself. That would probably be the best solution. Keep in mind that most wild caught individuals are probably males because males tend to draw attention to themselves by calling and because they tend to hang around breeding sites for longer periods of time than females. Females usually do not go to the breeding site until they have eggs ready to laid and they usually leave the breeding site as soon as they finish laying eggs.
