Hello!

We are keeping two Red ear sliders. They were the same time when we bought them, at least a year ago, but now one is significantly bigger than the other.

The larger one, Female, we guess, escaped from the tank a little while ago. Luckily, our Bulldog found her, and she was returned.

The tank is all aquatic, with a small dock. Is it possible she had escaped to look for a place to lay eggs?

We are not sure of the age of the turtles, but the larger one is about five and half inches shell length.

Any help would be appreciated.
