move the egg into a small cage you normally use for housing babies, maybe in half a syrofoam or paper cup (cut horizontally) and filled with dampened vermiculite but with no lid. Mist the cage to have humidity. This way, you can tell your sitter if the egg hatches and the baby is in the cup, to just push it out of the cup so it goes into the cage, then remove the cup... or just remove the cup if the baby is already out of it (could have part of a fake plate against the cup or a pencil leading up into the 'foliage' for it to go hide.

If the egg is still intact, just have your sitter mist the cage once a day to keep the humidity up. But typically once the eggs collapse and you see tooth slits, the baby will be out in 24-48 hours..
