there are not a lot of fish that a snapper won't eat.my ally wolfs down small chunks of fresh catfish,and i've fed small(under 2" long)live bream(bluegills,warmouth,etc)to snappers in the past with no problems.i've found that they like bullfrog tadpoles,too.
