For some reason Ahaetullas are shy. I was lucky to get some pix of my male feeding on an anole, but that was only by luck. Living in Central FL I leave the cages of my tropical herps outside in summer and just happened to come upon the dude as he made his first kill. I believe he & the F were W/C. I've had mine a little over a month and they do just fine on the local brown (NOT green) anoles I have to catch by hand... no mean feat for a guy that just turned 50-something. Good luck.
