I know for a sexed pair a 10 gallon would be ok, and a 20 gallon for a trio. so i'd assume a 50-55 gallon aquarium. the males will fight when its breeding time so the larger the tank the less likely they will run into each other to fight. But i'd say around a 55 gallon should be fine for 5 or 6 anoles.
