If you are getting mold that quickly, I would agree that something is contaminated in the enclosure.
One solution I went to is paper cups- They are cheap and you don't need to worry about continueously contaminating the enclosure or spreading something to another enclosure.

If you are misting daily as well, that might be too much humidity. I tend to mist in the evening when they start becoming active and in the mood for a drink of water. However, by the next afternoon/evening the water has all disappeared.
