Shell Problem

Hey guys,
New to the forum and just begining to keep snappers. One of my snappers has just developed some sort of shell problem. Can anybody tell me what this is and how to treat it? Also, this individual is about 8" shell length and 3 years old. How much should I be feeding it? Thanks.
