She is showing the three classic signs of being gravid. Weight re-distribution from anterior to posterior, lack of interest in food, and extended periods of basking over the hot spot. This female very rarely ever lays over the hot spot, even after feeding. She is now spending hours a day over it. She's also starting to look pretty heavy.
