Posted by: mike1234 at Sat Aug 23 09:14:11 2008 [ Report Abuse ] [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by mike1234 ] a little more info may help, but ive never seen this. the first thing id check is if they are in fact a pair. if they really are, then the fighting may be due to too little space, food etc, a reason for the female to be territorial and want the male gone. one last thing it could be, is the female shaking at all, or are her toes shaking? also is hse having trouble climbing the glass, and moving little? if shes doing any of that, it can be calcium deficiency(sp?). in this case put either a water mixture with some type of reptile calcium, or just strait powder. a way to check this is to look into her mouth. there are two small sacs which hold calcium. if theyre not seen, then she is very low on calcium. this can lead to death if not taken care of.
